About Us

A Fort Collins native, Evan brings a diverse background in emergency response, healthcare, public service, and organizational leadership. His professional experience includes serving as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) trained through St. Anthony Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, as well as work in wilderness medicine, including leading backcountry expeditions through Rocky Mountain National Park.

Drawing from experience in emergency response, wilderness medicine, integrative health, intercultural communication, and conflict resolution, Evan has developed a practical and people-centered approach to leadership, risk management, and organizational development.

His public-sector experience includes supporting emergency preparedness initiatives with the City and County of Denver's Department of Human Services and overseeing operations within Denver's emergency shelter system. These experiences continue to inform his work today, helping organizations strengthen communication, build resilient teams, and create systems that better serve both people and mission.
