Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor

I am a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor by the National Council of Mental Wellbeing. With more than 12-years of experience, I am on a mission to educate all adults on the importance of mental health and wellbeing. While bringing awareness to a stigmatized topic I equip participants to recognize and respond to signs and symptoms of mental illness that are affecting our communities today.

For more than 20 years, I provided mental health education to middle school and high school students in an effort to prevent mental illness at the Poudre and Thompson School Districts in Northern Colorado.

In my free time, I am blessed to spend time with family and enjoy my six grandchildren!
